Nothing has kept me as steady as sticking to a morning routine. Especially during this chaos having that has helped me maintain my sanity throughout the day regardless of what is thrown at me. It is nothing spectacular and there are some days that I don't get to all of it but the point is I try. I had a few people ask me where they should start. I say start wherever you are but don't allow shame talk to start making yourself feel bad for not doing it right, not enough, ect. Just start with one part and build up to all the pieces.
